During my stay, I appreciated how close the hotel was to Victoria Park and the Kitchener-Waterloo Art Gallery, making my city walks truly enjoyable while exploring the local culture. the staff were also very kind and helpful throughout my visit.

Parking should be included with room bookings!!! The gym seriously needs new machines, and the arcade and table tennis facilities should be complimentary for all guests. And honestly, the sauna room not working is just disappointing!!!

Consider using the breakfast buffet earlier to avoid cold food. variety was good, but items were stale by late morning.

To make matters worse, we were kept awake by loud children running in the halls and parents partying outside their rooms, completely disregarding guest comfort.
